MEET JULIE GRAHAM - FOUNDER
Julie grew up in New Hampshire and started her career as a real estate broker in the Greater Boston area before moving to Florida. Her passion for renovation began with projects like “fixing up” a college apartment in Washington, D.C., and transforming an “ugly duckling” house outside of Boston.
Julie and her husband have renovated and invested in multiple properties in Boston and Florida—some to flip, some as rentals, and others as personal homes. Her design style combines clean lines, brightness, and inviting warmth. A graduate of Georgetown University and Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Julie transitioned from public health to real estate investment, renovation, and design, where her planning skills shine.
An active volunteer with the Palm Beach County Homeless Coalition and a kids’ soccer coach, Julie lives in Palm Beach Gardens with her husband, three children, and their dog, Honey.
